FRASAC offers a free, confidential service intended to provide you with high quality support. If you feel the standard of support you have received is unacceptable this can be addressed in two ways:

Informally

Many things can be put right by speaking to your worker however if you feel you are unable to do this you may want to talk things through with the Centre Manager. You can do this by calling 01592 642336 to make an appointment. The Centre Manager will then feedback to you regarding what has been done to resolve the issue.

Making a complaint

You can make a complaint in writing or by email providing your contact details and as much detail and including dates where possible. This can be sent to The Chairperson, FRASAC, 38/40 High Street, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1LU or by email to info@frasac.org.uk please note Complaint in the subject line.

A full copy of the FRASAC Complaints Policy can be found here or we can post a copy to you. You can also complete the Complaints Leaflet found here if you prefer.

We appreciate any and all feedback which helps to improve our service.
