01592 642336Rape Crisis helpline 08088 01 03 02 daily 5pm-12am

We will listen, believe and support you and try to answer any questions you have.

If you would like one to one support from us you can do this by either calling us on 01592 642336 or emailing us at info@frasac.org.uk

You do not need to be referred to our service by a professional, you can refer yourself (self-referral) or be referred by a loved one or a friend on your behalf, alternatively you can refer a loved one or refer a friend.

What happens then?

When you contact us we will ask you a few questions so that we know what kind of support you would like and how to contact you. We keep this information stored securely on our CRMS. *

If you contact us directly we will arrange an information session at the point of referral. An information session is when we will arrange to contact you by telephone or meet with you in person to gather some information from you, this helps us understand what your support needs are and how best we can meet them. It also helps you decide if you want to have support at FRASAC.

If we do not speak to you directly or you were referred by another professional service, we will contact you by phone to arrange your information session.

After your information session, if you choose to have support at FRASAC, your name will be placed on our waiting list and a Sexual Violence Support Worker will contact you when a space for support becomes available. You can access crisis support whilst on the waiting list.

Please make sure we have at least one way of getting in touch with you and that if you change your contact details let us know.
